We advertise all of our properties in the most comprehensive and proven ways in our market. All of our marketing results are tracked on a continual basis to ensure the effectiveness of the campaign.

Yard Signs

Our signs are among the most recognized in the business. Designed to attract attention, our signs stand out against the industry norm.

Our Website

Our available properties are listed on our website and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We include a customized search engine and mapping features for ease of use in identifying suitable properties. In addition, our website includes other valuable information to assist our clients and residents with their informational needs, including client and resident login, online applications, maintenance requests, payments, local area links, and frequently asked questions.

Triad Realtors

All of our available properties are advertised to local REALTORS on a regular basis. Additionally, we do not perform residential brokerage meaning that our REALTOR partners freely refer their clients to us without fear of us stealing their client. We also compensate REALTORS for their referrals out of our own funds and participate in many REALTOR Association functions.

Corporate Relocation

We have a considerable relationships with area corporate relocation agents and human resources departments. Our relationships have proven to be an asset in the leasing of our client's properties.

Interior Photos

When possible, interior photographs are taken and utilized in our marketing. These photographs are also placed on our website.

Video

We first used video in late 2010 and have had exceptional results from our program, as of November 2016 we are still the only firm in our market utilizing this tool. The ability for a prospect to view the home in a real time walk through is tremendous.

 

Available Property Flyer

 

We prepare a marketing flyer that includes photographs and property details on available properties every week. This flyer is placed outside of our office for pick up and e-mailed to local REALTORS and corporate relocation specialists. It is also available by e-mail and fax by request.

Lock Boxes

Lock boxes are placed on all of our available properties so that all local REALTORS can show our available properties to their clients.

Referrals

As a leader in the Triad real estate market, we have long standing relationships with local REALTORS and other professionals having clients in need of housing.

Internet

The Internet has become the most widely used source for procuring real estate information. We market your property on the most widely used real estate websites. Please contact us to discuss our full internet marketing plan.

The Birch "On Your Schedule" Showing System

Time is valuable, and so are prospects. We have developed an industry leading showing system that allows prospects to view properties immediately during daylight hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The prospect completes a multi-part authentication process and can then view the property immediately.

 

Key Check Out Program

Through our key check out program, we offer convenient access for prospective residents to view our properties. This program allows prospective residents to view properties on their schedule and has allowed us to maximize the showings of our properties.

Print Media

We use limited print media in our marketing. Upon request, we can customize a print media campaign for our clients.

Special Events

Birch Management's commitment to our community allows us to get our name and website out in the community in numerous ways. We have sponsored many charitable events and economic development activities.
